	Individual use bedroom. Equipped with first quality items and a detailed design. Each bedroom is furnished according to its size. All of the have a desk, a bookshelf, a dresser and a closet.
	Full bathroom (for private use or to be shared with a maximum of one person).
	Access, use and enjoyment of all the communal areas.
	Iron and ironing board for individual use.
	Laundry accessories for individual use: Clothesline, Basket and Tweezers.
	Wireless fiber optic Internet + Telephone.
	Wooden clothes hangers (10 + 5).
	All supplies expenses (electricity, water, gas).
	Cleaning and accommodation services 2 or 3 times per week, around 5 hours each time. Cleaning of common and individual areas.
	Cleaning and disposable products commonly used in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Various detergents and cleaners: Dishwasher, Kitchen rolls, Toilet paper, Trash bag,

	Cleaning tools and other textiles items: broom, mop, buckets, dishcloths, tablecloths, etc.
	First quality mattresses of 90, 105 or 135 cm and summer & winter bedding: protectors, covers, fillings, bedspreads, blankets and 2 or 3 sets of sheets for individual use.
	Towel set for individual use: 3 hands, 3 shower and floor towel in each bathroom.
	Equipped kitchen with all appliances and complete set of utensils in good condition: skimmers, pans, saucepans, dishes, cutlery, fountains, etc.
	Private spaces in common areas to store your toiletries and food: crate, drawers, towel racks, cabinets and shelves numbered in your bathroom and in the kitchen.
	Concierge service from Monday to Friday (only in Espronceda 31).
	Fault, repair and maintenance management.
	Laundry service for all the linen. The time used to wash and iron the bedding and towels is therefore used exclusively for cleaning and conditioning the house.
